IMDb trivia suggests that this film was never copyrighted under either that title or the alternate "The Steel Highway." Does anyone know for certain, and/or have a copy they could upload?

I've never asked in here for a specific movie this way (that I recall, anyway), but this is Joan Blondell. And she's always worth making exceptions for. :)

I have not got a copy to upload but I can confirm that I was not registered for copyright under either title.

It's only ever been released on TCM archive's pre-code collection "Forbidden Hollywood"

I love Joan Blondell. I wish there was more of her films on IA.

These are the only ones I know about.

Coincidentally, TCM showed it just after I posted that question. I saved it on our DVR. So here's a dilemma: should I burn it to DVD and then upload it with (presumably) the TCM logo in the corner, or should I wait until someone else comes with a copy that doesn't have the logo?

Hmmm. If it didn't have the TCM logo on it I would say go for it BUT if it has the logo its best not to tempt the lawyers.

But I'm no expert.
